These one-on-one sessions offer a supported way to begin Pilates or movement training, understand how your body moves, and build confidence with exercises that are tailored to your needs.
While Pilates is often what brings people to our studio, CORE Morningside also offers private GYROTONIC, Redcord suspension training, and kettlebell-based strength work, depending on what will best support your goals.

Private Session Modalities
Private introductory packages may draw from one or more of the following movement systems, based on your needs and goals.
Some clients choose to treat their intro package as a sampler and try multiple modalities. Others hone in on a single modality or teacher as they get started. You don’t need to know which approach is “right”—your instructor will help guide the process.

Pilates is the foundation of our work and our primary offering. Private Pilates sessions may include work on the Pilates Reformer and other apparatus, focusing on strength, mobility, coordination, and whole-body integration.

Gyrotonic® sessions emphasize fluid, three-dimensional movement that supports spinal health, joint mobility, and ease of motion.

Redcord is often used to improve neuromuscular control, coordination, and efficient movement patterns, especially when rebuilding confidence with exercise.

When appropriate, private sessions may include kettlebell-based strength training to support bone health, resilience, and real-world strength.
