A Clear, Supportive Way to Begin Pilates or Physical Therapy in Atlanta

Starting something new doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

At CORE Morningside, we offer a simple, thoughtful onboarding process so you can begin with the level of support that best matches your body, your goals, and your comfort level—whether that’s:

  • physical therapy

  • private Classical or Clinical Pilates, GYROTONIC®, Redcord or Kettlebell sessions, or

  • small-group Pilates or Gyrotonic classes.

Most new clients start with one a welcome package of three sessions. We offer these introductory packages for physical therapy, private and semi private movement instruction, and Clinical Pilates. Each option is designed to help you feel supported, understood, and confident about what comes next.

You don’t need to have it all figured out—we’ll help guide the process.

    Physical Therapy Welome Package

    Best if you’re managing pain, injury, or uncertainty

    If pain, injury, or physical changes are interfering with movement—or if you’re unsure what kind of exercise is safe—a physical therapy introductory package in Atlanta is often the best first step. This three session package provides clarity, relief, and a plan forward, whether that is a longer PT treatment plan or a transition to our fitness offerings.

    Private Welcome Package

    Best if you want individualized guidance and a clear recommendation

    This three private session package in Atlanta allows us to understand how your body moves, build confidence with Pilates, Gyrotonic, Redcord or Kettlebell exercise, and recommend the most effective next step—whether that’s continued private instruction, group classes, or physical therapy support.

    Semi Private Welcome Package

    Best if you’re feeling stable and ready for group movement

    Our semi-private Pilates and Gyrotonic classes in Atlanta are small, supportive, and carefully taught. This intro allows you to experience the Pilates and Gyrotonic equipment in a class setting while receiving guidance on whether group classes are the right long-term fit.
