Mia Selph

Mia Selph is a Client Care Coordinator at CORE, supporting both CORE Morningside and CORE Ormewood Park. She joined the CORE team in January 2026 and plays an important role in helping clients feel welcomed, supported, and well cared for from their very first interaction.

With a background in operations, client experience management, and studio support, Mia brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to her work. She believes in treating every client as an individual—someone worthy of genuine attention, care, and respect—and that philosophy shapes how she supports both clients and the CORE team.

Mia is also a doula, which informs her calm, grounded presence and her sensitivity to the needs of pregnant clients and those navigating major life transitions. Whether helping clients find the right services, answering questions, or smoothing the details behind the scenes, Mia is dedicated to creating a supportive and welcoming studio experience.
