Lisa Harlan, DPT

Lisa Harlan, DPT, is a Physical Therapist and Clinical Pilates instructor at CORE Morningside, specializing in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy, Clinical Pilates, and Redcord. With over 15 years of experience, Lisa is known for her thoughtful, whole-person approach to care—blending evidence-based physical therapy with movement-focused strategies that support long-term health and resilience.

Lisa works with clients who want to move better, feel stronger, and build a longer healthspan, with a particular passion for supporting midlife women through perimenopause and beyond. Her clinical interests include pain management, bone health and osteoporosis, pelvic health, nervous system regulation, and helping clients safely return to movement after injury or periods of disruption.

While many people come to physical therapy seeking relief from pain, Lisa believes that feeling informed, supported, and empowered is just as important as symptom reduction. Even when pain doesn’t resolve immediately, her goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling calmer, more regulated, and confident that they have a clear plan—and tools they can use on their own.

Lisa’s work is grounded in the belief that movement heals, and that education, reassurance, and intentional progression are essential parts of the healing process.
