Kimberly Cook
Kimberly is a Pilates and Redcord instructor whose work is rooted in discipline, artistry, and a lifelong commitment to movement and people. With an extensive background in dance and the focus required to earn her Juris Doctor degree, she brings both precision and passion to every session she teaches.
Kimberly completed the Advanced Teacher Training Bridge Program through The Pilates Center and her Host Advisor training in 2017. These achievements reflect her depth of study and her dedication to mentoring the next generation of teachers. She is known for her ability to support trainees with clarity, structure, and thoughtful progression. She has been teaching movement for over three decades.
Kimberly also collaborated with Clare Gordon on the development of CORE Movement Education’s CORE Suspension teacher training program, which teaches Pilates teachers how to use Redcord equipment with their clients.
As an instructor, Kimberly blends discipline with encouragement, helping clients develop strength, coordination, and sustainable movement habits that support long-term health. Her approach emphasizes consistency, mindful effort, and building a strong foundation that clients can carry into daily life.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has performed and taught across the United States and internationally, bringing a broad perspective and dynamic presence to her work. Whether working with clients or mentoring trainees, she is committed to fostering growth, resilience, and a lasting connection to movement.
