Blake Dalton is a Senior Instructor at CORE Morningside, specializing in Classical Pilates, Redcord, kettlebell and strength training, and movement informed by martial arts and modern dance. With decades of movement experience, Blake brings a deeply informed, creative, and adaptable approach to every session he teaches.
His work is grounded in finding the most accessible starting point for each individual client—meeting people where they are and helping them build confidence through small, meaningful wins. From there, Blake layers strength, coordination, and complexity in a way that feels both challenging and supportive.
Blake believes that getting stronger and healthier should also be enjoyable. His sessions are known for thoughtful programming, clear instruction, and just the right amount of humor—often delivered in the form of expertly timed puns and classic dad jokes. Whether working in private or semi-private sessions, Blake helps clients move better, feel stronger, and have fun along the way.
