Clinical Strength Training

This 25-minute small-group session (4 people max) is the perfect introduction for anyone who wants to start lifting weights but doesn’t know where to begin. Dr. Lisa will guide participants through foundational strength training exercises like squats, deadlifts, and overhead press in a clinically supervised setting. Especially appropriate for those with injury history, chronic concerns, osteopenia, or osteoporosis who want to build strength safely and confidently.

Clinical Pilates

This small-group session (5 people max) is designed for people transitioning out of physical therapy or for those who want to exercise with clinical supervision to help avoid re-injury or aggravating a chronic condition. Led by Dr. Lisa, this session introduces Clinical Pilates as a supportive bridge between rehabilitation and more independent exercise, combining Pilates-based movement with the clinical expertise of a physical therapist.

Meet briefly with Dr. Lisa to discuss your goals, concerns, and the best next step for your care. This complimentary consultation is a great option if you are dealing with pain, recovering from injury, navigating pelvic health concerns, returning to exercise, or exploring physical therapy, Clinical Pilates, or clinically supervised strength training at CORE.
